"Guys, I just had an idea." Kevin said suddenly, with a big smile on his face. "We should totally take her home with us. That's what our pack does right? Takes in strays?" "Well yeah, but usually they come to us..." Glen began. "Yeah, well she'll still come to us, but we'll help her come to us." Kevin interrupted. "Wait. What? I don't... even... Wh-What?" "Trust me, I know what I'm talking about." Kevin said, confidently. "Have I ever steered you wrong?" "Actually yes. Frequently." "Those times don't count." Kevin said simply. "But-" "No buts." Kevin said, turning away and walking toward Trisha. And Glen knew that at this point, it wasn't worth arguing with him any more. "So, what do you say?" Kevin said extending an arm out to Trisha, "Why don't you come meet the family?" Trisha looked at Kevin's hand, then over to Glen, then up to Zangetsu, whom she was still hiding behind, and then she nodded. "Great! Then it's settled. Let's head back right now then!" Kevin shouted, clearly not trying to hide his obvious excitement. Glen took this moment to speak up, "Anyway though, uh... it is a much easier trip in the fur, so... Trisha, would you rather... erm... change in the cave?" Trisha shook her head, and started to take off her jacket. But then looked over at Kevin, put the jacket back on and went into the cave.

Zangetsu watched Trisha enter the cave . When he remembered that she was going in there to change, he quickly turned around and began looking out into the wilderness again. The world was too quite. Nobody was speaking, and the only noises were that of Trisha removing her clothing and the occasional breeze. He heard the sound of his coat hitting the cave floor, and he decided he was ready to leave. "Well, I think you two can handle things from here." He said, and he began walking, straight ahead. "WAIT! ZACH YOU'RE HEADED RIGHT FOR A CLI-" Glen began, but it was too late. Zangetsu was gone in a flash, and in his place was the noise of him hitting rocks several times and the occasional, surprisingly monotone, "Oof." Kevin, Glen, and a wolf form Trisha all ran to the cliff edge to see Zangetsu laying still at the bottom of said cliff. "Holy sh-" Kevin started to say, but he too was stopped mid sentence. "I'm okay!" Zangetsu called up to them. "Go on without me, I'll be fine." The three watched Zangetsu as he got up, dusted himself off, and turned to give them all a thumbs up and a goofy grin. He then turned around and continued to walk in the same direction as before. "That guy..." Kevin said, exasperated. "Well, I guess we should grab his clothes. Go grab 'em, would you Glen?" "Oh, yeah, right." Glen said. He entered the cave, and looked around. "He, Trisha, where did you leave Zangetsu's clothes? I can't find them." Trisha entered the cave and went to place where she had left the clothes and tilted her head to one side, confused. She sniffed around the cave, but couldn't find anything. Kevin had been watching from the cave mouth. He sighed. "Just forget it then, he's got plenty of clothes, We can come back later and he can help us look for them. Let's go"

"Well I guess we ought to change too, huh Glen?" Kevin said, turning back toward Glen and Trisha, "I know the way back, so follow me okay?" "Wait, does Zack know the way back?" Glen asked, glancing back in the direction that his friend left. "I'm sure he'll be fine. You know how he is." Kevin said dismissively. As he started to change, he glanced over at Trisha, who was staring off in the distance, toward where Zangetsu had left. He frowned slightly and shifted into wolf form. After he and Glen were changed, he barked at Trisha to get her attention, and the three of them left and headed for the Grand Alpha's cabin.
